- At #GFF2025, visitors to the SBI eRupee booth will embark on an engaging digital payments journey. Upon arrival, users can scan the QR code to download the eRupee App from the Play Store. During registration, whether or not the user holds an SBI account, a special-purpose eRupee wallet is created after completing minimal KYC. Once registered, the user receives a warm welcome message from eRupee.
- To enhance the experience, SBI will disburse a ₹100 DBT reward for a positive merchant interaction. Users can then scan and pay at participating merchants to receive exclusive SBI merchandise. While redemption at merchants is optional, the journey encourages users to continue using and maintaining their special-purpose eRupee wallet for ongoing benefits.
